How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I'll send you a guide to help you organize your day, the best moments for the couple photos and so on. The more details I have about your wedding day the better as those help me create a custom timeline and a must-have shoot list. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. Once you receive your gallery I want you to be able to relive your wedding day that's why all my packages includes two photographer so no special moments is missed.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm in Raleigh based in the USA and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come, and I'm not an all-inclusive travel type of girl!! I have traveled around USA and internationally, I speak 4 languages so I can find my way around!
How much do you charge for Coverage & Travel?
For most locations here in North Carolina, I don't charge anything at all. If you would like me to cover the rehearsal the night before, and the rehearsal is more than 50 miles from Raleigh, then yes, I would ask kindly if you could provide me with a hotel room. But for a big part of the North Carolina locations, there is no additional fee. Every destination wedding is always negotiated and agreed before the wedding to assure that this is not a huge extra cost for your day.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 6 hours of coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 700 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why is an average number. I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story. The longer the coverage of course the more images will be taken during the wedding day.
On the wedding day, what do you wear, and how many cameras/lenses do you carry?
I am respectful of your wedding day by wearing black on black. I have always looked at every wedding as the most important day, and I don't take a chance with any of my equipment. For every wedding I carry on me two cameras (plus one as a backup in my camera bag) with various lenses, strobes, extra batteries, and cleaning wipes for the lenses.
